Over thirty 114th RC Aero Squadron members volunteered to support the club's commitment to this event. Many additional members were unable to attend for various reasons, but vocally backed the philosophy that it is important for the 114th to be viewed by the community as a positive asset.

The 114th accommodated over 105 guests on buddy-box flights, nearly 150 flew the G3.5 simulators, and everyone enjoyed the food & beverage hospitality the club provided. Thanks to BEST BUY for allowing the 114th use of the hardware to run the Real Flight soft-ware.

I have already received positive comments from Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, and even Bedford city representatives regarding the outstanding contribution of the 114th to Outdoor Kids Adventure Day. Along with all the other youth and public relation involvement our club fosters throughout the year (Santa Cops, free instructor nights, American Air-lines Eagle Academy, Model Aviation subscription sponsorships, etc.), the 114th membership is sat-isfying our AMA Charter obligation.
